What I Offer
Family Constellations Group Session
Held monthly in Fairfield, CT
2-3 hours facilitated by Nicolisa
Begins with a meditation
2-4 personal constellations (spanning 25-40 min each)
During each constellation, 1 person (seeker) presents a personal, familial or work relationship problem for which resolution is sought. The representatives (participants) take on a position in the seeker’s experience while being guided by the facilitator.
Based on Bert Hellinger’s work
$50 for participants
$75 for those who seek to constellate (seeker)
Through family constellations people can simply make their problems visible and emotionally perceivable so they can face up to them. They then become conscious of hidden patterns and entanglements.

Family Constellations Individual Session
50-60 minutes guided by Nicolisa
Begins with a meditation
1 personal constellation
During an individual constellation, the client presents a personal, familial or work relationship problem for which resolution is sought. The figures (objects, plastic figures, or pieces of paper) represent the seeker’s experience while being guided by the facilitator.
$125 for a private individual session
Mindfulness Meditation
60 minutes guided by Nicolisa
$20 donation
